The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and closed on observed District Holidays.
Face ID exams are offered Monday through Friday from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm. No appointment is necessary.
One Stop and Face ID applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.
DFHV has committed itself to support the District’s Vision Zero traffic safety goals. To support these goals all For Hire License (new/renewal) applicants will be required to complete the Vision Zero training program. To comply with the DC Title 31 Section 1012.1 all For-Hire Vehicle Face ID Card Holders are responsible for turning in lost items to the DFHV
