The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and closed on observed District Holidays.
Face ID exams are only offered on Friday at 9:30 am. Please arrive 30 minutes early for processing to prevent any scheduling delay.
One Stop and Face ID applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.
Face IDs can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
Lost and Found office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
