The DC Taxicab Commission held an Executive Session on Wednesday, October 17, 2012. All Commission members were in attendance along with General Counsel Jacques Lerner; Assistant Secretary to the Commission Juanda Mixon; and Special Assistant to the Chairman Ernest Chrappah.
The DC Taxicab Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. The meeting was initiated with Chairman Ron M. Linton delivering a report updating the progress on several issues:
The Taximeter Bond form should be completed as part of the Taximeter Business application process.
The Taximeter Financial Disclosure form should be completed as part of the Taximeter Business application process.
The regulations were adopted by the Commission as emergency and proposed rulemaking on July 18, 2012 and were published July 27, 2012 in the DC Register.
