DFHV Director David Do and staff welcomed many drivers at the Virtual DC Taxi Drivers Summit held on March 24, 2021. We met to explore ways to meet business challenges during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Drivers learned about the state of the taxi industry and paths to recovery. We also discussed ways drivers can sustain their for-hire business as the city reopens. Drivers also heard about vaccinations in the District from Dr. Pamela Riley, Medical Director of DC Healthcare Finance. We hope you enjoy watching and reviewing the summit.
