Mr. Jolly founded Comm-Group in 1999 as an information technology firm with specialization in managing billing systems for large telecommunications firms and global management consulting. The company has grown significantly over the years and has successfully graduated the SBA 8a program in 2009. The company has won numerous awards and commendations from public and private sector clients. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jolly has demonstrated skills as an innovative thinker with broad based expertise in operations , finance, sales/marketing and business development.

• Forming Strategic Alliances – Worked with large firms such as Lockheed Martin to win the FDIC ITAS Outsourcing contract. Established a 10 year Mentor – Protégé partnership with Lockheed Martin. Other successful partnerships include; Magellan Healthcare, Titan L3, Verizon Business, General Information Technology (GIT), and US Small Business Administration (SBA).

• Create & Develop Winning Proposals – A thorough understanding of Capture Management and experience with several major DOD, Federal, and Commercial proposal efforts to include proposal management, pricing, presentations and subcontractor management.
