As approved by the Council of the District of Columbia pursuant to the Authority of the Fiscal Year 2010 Budget Support Second Emergency Act of 2009 effective October 15, 2009 the following fees are applicable.
The DCTC introduces a new fee structure for a variety of taxicab business fees. These fees will go a long way to funding the continued growth and development of the taxicab industry and its service to the citizens and visitors of the District of Columbia.

| Limo Business | $475 |
| Limo Driver Face | $150 (1 year) |
| Limo Driver Face | $300 (2 years) |
| Taxi/Limo | $275 (1 year) |
| Taxi/Limo | $550 (2 years) |
| Independent Limo Bus. License | $250 |
| Inter-Jud Limo Companies | $475 |
| Inter-Jud Limo Independent | $250 |
| Not for Hire License | $100 |
