The office is open 5 days a week, and closed on observed District Holidays. Client Services operates on the following schedule, effective April 1, 2016:
Face ID exams are only offered on Friday at 9:30 am
Please arrive 30 minutes early for processing to prevent any delay in the examination schedule
One Stop and Face ID applications are accepted Monday through Friday
8:30 am until 3:30 pm
Face IDs can be picked up Monday through Friday
8:30 am until 4:30 pm
Lost and Found office hours
