The Account Manager is the person assigned to specific companies or businesses that are regulated by the Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV). The Account Manager does not manage the daily transactions. Rather, the Account Manager reviews the services provided for their consistency, identifies issues and proactively advises clients to resolve these matters, assists to minimize noncompliance with Title 31 regulations, ensures clients are satisfied with services, reviews annual operating authority application, and anticipates needs and reports findings to appropriate DFHV staff.
