The DC Taxicab Commission (DCTC) issues this message from DC Snow Command Deployment - Expect snow to fall sometime between 3:00 am and 4:00 am overnight from Friday, December 28, 2012 to Saturday, December 29, 2012, with total accumulations of no more than 1-2 inches before changing to rain by mid-morning. Temperatures will be below freezing during the night of Saturday, December 29th into the morning of Sunday, December 30th with possible icy conditions for motorists Sunday morning. All motorists should drive with caution especially over bridges, ramps and overpasses.  Message boards along the roads should have protective actions for motorists to drive with caution.
