The Panel on Rates & Rules voted 3 to 1 to move to the Commission emergency and proposed rulemakings implementing the TSMS, consumer service fund with passenger surcharge, and universal dome light mandate, from the Panel to the Full Commission for consideration.
General Commission Meeting- Action Items
The Commission voted on two Action Items:
