Item 1: Revised proposed amendments to Chapters 5, 6, 8, 11, 13 and 15.
Item 2: Proposed regulations to establish Sedan-class of public vehicle-for-hire.
Item 3: Commission to propose adoption of emergency regulation placing collection of surcharge on a standby basis. Additional proposed regulation authorizing additional charges during holiday and special event activities.
