The DC Taxicab Commission hearing regarding the Sedan-class scheduled for Friday, December 7, 2012 has been postponed pending action by the DC City Council. The Commission intends to develop regulations to reflect the public policy determined by Council legislation. A new hearing date for late January, 2013 will be announced.
