The Commission gives notice of its adoption of amendments to Chapter 6 (Taxicab Parts and Equipment) of Title 31 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.

Due to rising gas costs, an Emergency Fuel Surcharge will take effect at 12 am on April 29, 2026, until August 26, 2026.
A flat $1.00 will be added to all metered taxicab trips.
