DFHV Open Season to Choose DTS & OPT Provider 

DFHV announces the beginning of Open Season for drivers to select or renew their Digital Taxicab Solution (DTS) or Option for Payment Technology (OPT) providers. DTS and OPT Providers service District taxicabs with digital taximeters. Drivers are advised to contact or visit DTS Provider’s website for more details and carefully evaluate the features and terms to select the DTS/OPT Provider that best fits their business needs.

Drivers who choose to switch their DTS/OPT Providers must do so before September 1, 2020. DFHV limits DTS contracts to a maximum of one year, September 1 - August 31, to protect drivers and expand their choices.
