Company Operating Authority must be renewed each year. Applications and instructions for new or renewal of the Certificate of Operating Authority are attached below. All Independent Operators must submit an application and the required documents.

Applications are accepted online only using your company portal. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Once payment is received, DFHV's Company Operating Authority License will be added to your company portal within three business days.
If an application is denied, an Account Manager will make direct contact. Please contact assigned Account Manager with any questions.
Operating Authority Fees:
- Taxicab Company: $475
- Taxicab Association: $475
- Limousine Company: $475
